For the Crumb Topping:

Almond Flour

Brown Sugar

Instructions
Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
Make a well in the middle, then whisk in milk, oil, cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
Fold the apples into the batter.
Combine all ingredients for the crumb topping in a food processor. Pulse into a coarse mixture.
Divide the batter into a muffin pan and top with crumb mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350F.
