Vegan Smoothie with Banana and Spinach

If you are anything like me don’t let the spinach in a smoothie fool you into thinking this may not taste good.

In fact after I tried this smoothie recipe, I couldn’t believe how amazing the taste was.  The banana makes all the difference in the world for those of you that aren’t quite sure about spinach in your smoothie.

Now if you love spinach then you too with love this refreshing full flavored smoothie.

Vegan Smoothie with Banana and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 small Banana, frozen (slice before freezing)
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch Vanilla Powder or few drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Serve.
