Vegan Pantry Essentials
Having a stocked up vegan pantry is important to help you stay on track eating vegan.
Plus, it’s always nice to have everything you need to make a recipe instead of having to go to the store.
I’ve come up with a list of some of the best vegan pantry essentials that vegans should have on hand.
The best way to build up your pantry is to buy a few things from your list each time you go grocery shopping, that way it won’t be as expensive.
You don’t need everything from this list, but it’s a great resource for you to pick and choose the things you do want.
I have sorted everything into categories to make it easier.
There are literally hundreds of foods that I could have added to each section, but to keep it short & simple I only added the most popular ones from each category.
Legumes are always great to have on hand. Whether you prefer canned beans or cooking them from dry, it’s up to you. Here’s a list of some popular ones:

What are your vegan pantry essentials?
The beautiful thing about pantries is that everyone’s pantry will look different depending on what foods they are into.
There are no right or wrong foods to buy (unless they are animal products).
What other foods would you add to my list? I’m looking forward to reading your comments.
