If you are sick of the same breakfast, it’s time for tiny fluffy pancakes!
They are adorable and delicious.
This recipe is simple to make for newbies.
And, you can make it for guests and it’s sure to impress.
INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
- 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1.5 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cup Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For toppings – you can add dairy-free chocolate chips, maple syrup, fruits, vegan butter

Now, you don’t have to use Gluten-Free Flour, you can use whatever flour you prefer.
We enjoy topping this cereal with vegan chocolate chips OR blueberries for extra flavor.

You can find non-dairy chocolate in the grocery store or on amazon. =)

Here’s the simple recipe:
Vegan Pancake Cereal
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1.5 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cup Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Suggested toppings:
- dairy-free chocolate chips
- maple syrup
- fruits
- vegan butter
Instructions
- Stir together almond milk and cider vinegar in a bowl. Leave to curdle for about 5 minutes.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in the oil and vanilla extract into the curdled milk.
- Sift the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Squeeze out drops of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve pancake cereal in a bowl with toppings of your choice.
