Vegan Overnight Oats with Fresh Strawberries

Overnight oats are one of my favorite breakfast recipes.  Probably because they are so simple and easy to prepare.

Here’a another great overnight oats recipes that is quick to prepare and ready for when you wake up.

Hassle no more in the morning trying to figure out what to eat when you are on the run.

Vegan Overnight Oats with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Organic Almond Milk
  • 3 oz Oatmeal, GF if needed
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries Sliced

Instructions

  • Combine oats, milk, and maple syrup in a jar.
  • Close with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir oats and top with strawberries before slicing.
