INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
- 4 oz Vegan Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Dairy-Free Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Oreos, roughly chopped
Not sure what Vegan Cream Cheese to use?
Any vegan cream cheese will do! You can find it in the grocery section where the non-vegan cream cheese is located.

If you haven’t used Xanthan Gum- it’s a sugar-like compound made by mixing aged (fermented) sugars with a certain kind of bacteria.

Vegan Oreo Cheesecake Parfait
Ingredients
- 4 oz Vegan Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Dairy-Free Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Oreos roughly-chopped
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, xanthan gum, and vanilla in a bowl. Blend until smooth and airy.
- Layer the mixture with the crushed oreos in glass jars.
- Chill until ready to serve.
