This rich and fudgy treat is may seem fancy, but it’s very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
- 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Soy Milk
- 2 tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips
FYI – If you are wondering where to get vegan chocolate chips, most grocery stores have vegan chocolate chips in the baking aisle.

Vegan Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Soy Milk
- 2 tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend in the milk until smooth.
- Divide the batter into lightly-oiled ramekins
- Put about a tablespoon of chocolate chips into the center of each mold.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 325F.
- Top with powdered sugar and serve hot.
Notes
*NOTE: Dark Chocolate is toxic to pets. With all this delicious dark chocolate in your house, make be sure to keep away from any dog or pets in your house.
