Not all Gelato is vegan. Most of the time it contains eggs and milk. Here today we have a Vegan Gelato that is super delicious!
Made with mango for a refreshing taste! My sister is obsessed with mangos and when I made this for her she was so excited to have a sweet treat with her favorite fruit.
All you have to do is combine all the ingredients and then freeze it until it becomes smooth and creamy!

Vegan Coconut Turmeric Mango Gelato
Servings: 4
Equipment
- freeze-proof container
- blender
Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh Mangoes diced and frozen
- ¾ cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 packets Powdered Stevia
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a freeze-proof container and leave in the freezer overnight.
