Vegan Doughnuts are something everyone can enjoy! If you are looking for a healthier, but still delicious doughnut hole, look no further!
I personally love making these with my family, and then enjoying our finished product together.
Truth be told…sometimes I eat these as a dessert and not just for breakfast.
Coco-Chia Doughnut Holes
- 1 cup California Dates
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Combine dates, walnuts, chia seeds, and coconut flour in a food processor. Blend into a fine texture.
- Divide and roll mixture into tightly-packed balls. Freeze for at least 2 hours to set.
- Whisk together coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Dip balls into the glaze and chill until ready to serve.
