
Looking for a fancy homemade latte? Here is our favorite Vegan Dalgona Latte recipe that will fancy up your morning.
Ingredients You Will Need:
- ¼ cup Aquafaba
- ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 cup Almond Milk
What the heck is Aquafaba?
If you don’t know what it is, it sounds fancy. But, it’s really not.
Aquafaba is the liquid leftover from cooked chickpeas.
The easiest way to get the chickpea liquid is to drain a can of chickpeas and reserve the liquid.
Simple, right?
Have you used Cream of Tartar?
This is another ingredient that may sound fancy if you haven’t used it before. But, you can find it in the spice area at the grocery store. Or on amazon here:

Now for the Vegan Dalgona Latte Recipe:

Vegan Dalgona Latte
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Aquafaba
- ¼ tsp Cream of Tartar
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 cup Almond Milk
Instructions
- Combine aquafaba and cream of tartar in a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until airy.
- Add in powdered sugar and instant coffee. Whip until thoroughly blended.
- Spoon mixture over a glass of chilled almond milk to serve
