What do we have here? Vegan creme brulee? You bet we do!
As a child I was always fascinated when my uncle would take me to my favorite restaurant, Brennans, in Houston, Tx.
At the end of our delicious meal there was always an amazing presentation of creme brulee prepared on the side of our table by our waiter.
I have to say my favorite part of creme brulee is the slightly toasted topping.
I was always fascinated by the torch blowing to create that crusty sweet layer on the top.
But the not so cool part after going vegan was watching my friends order creme brulee when we would go out to eat. In fact that was quite sad…
So to bring back my favorite dessert we have created a new recipe here called vegan creme brulee.
No more missing out on your favorite dessert when we can now make your own vegan creme brulee.
Can we all just say, “YAY!”
