Acai bowls are hot right now! In fact our family eats an acai bowl several times a week.
If you love coconut then you are going to love this vegan coconut acai smoothie bowl. Don’t be afraid to get creative and add in some additional toppings.
Acai is a superfood and tastes great. What I love most is you can eat acai bowls anytime of the day! It’s just not for breakfast.

Vegan Coconut Acai Smoothie Bowl
Servings: 1 person
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups Coconut Milk
- 2 whole Bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup Acai Powder
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 handful Fresh fruits and berries, granola, coconut flakes, dried fruit, nuts optional suggestions
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Ladle into serving bowls and serve with choice toppings.
