Vegan Coconut Acai Smoothie Bowl

Acai bowls are hot right now!  In fact our family eats an acai bowl several times a week.

If you love coconut then you are going to love this vegan coconut acai smoothie bowl.  Don’t be afraid to get creative and add in some additional toppings.

Acai is a superfood and tastes great. What I love most is you can eat acai bowls anytime of the day!  It’s just not for breakfast.

Vegan Coconut Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 whole Bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Acai Powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 handful Fresh fruits and berries, granola, coconut flakes, dried fruit, nuts optional suggestions

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Ladle into serving bowls and serve with choice toppings.
