I absolutely love quick and easy recipes! When this vegan chocolate pecan porridge came along I just had to make it myself.
This recipe takes little time to make and it’s so delicious to eat.
All you need is a few ingredients such as almond milk, almond butter, almond meal, pecans, vegan chocolate chips, flax seeds and a few other things as well.
I have a 12-year-old sister who absolutely loves to cook/bake. When I showed her this recipe she was so excited to see that she could make it in minutes.

Low-Carb Choco Pecan Porridge

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Textured Vegetable Protein
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Almond Meal
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pecans
- 1 tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Powdered Stevia
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 3 minutes
