Vegan Chocolate and Chia Pudding

Don’t let the smallness of chia seeds fool you because these little seeds are packed full of healthy nutrients.

Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids, they are rich in antioxidants and they also provide our bodies with fiber, iron and calcium.

When I first heard of Chia seeds I couldn’t help but think about those chia pets you could grow back in the day.  Remember those?

Well today we aren’t going to grow any funny chia pets but instead we are going to make a high in protein pudding I call vegan chocolate and chia pudding.

Vegan Chocolate and Chia Pudding

Servings: 1 person


  • ¾ cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Soy Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Agave



  • Combine almond milk and chia seeds in a blender or food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Top with fresh fruit.
