Vegan Brown Sugar Cinnamon Mug Cake
All right first off I realize there a lots of folks out there that have banned their microwave so if that’s you then this recipe may not be for you.
Though if you are looking for something quick and easy to make then this is the recipe for you!
I call it out vegan brown sugar cinnamon mug cake.
Curl up in a warm blanket on your couch and get ready to be in love with this recipe.
Talk about hassle free, no messy clean up, full of that oh so yummy taste.
Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Mug Cake
- 3 tbsp Soy Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Soy Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe mug. Mix until thoroughly blended. Adjust coconut flour and milk to get a cake batter consistency.
- Microwave for 2 minutes in 30-second intervals.
- Sprinkle with more brown sugar and cinnamon on top before serving.
