Vegan Breakfast Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 30 grams Raisins
  • 30 grams Almonds
  • 60 grams Mandarin Segments
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 3 tbsp Rose Water

Instructions

  • Cook couscous according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • Toast almonds in a skillet.
  • Soak raisins in rose water until fully plump
  • Combine almond milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon powder in a pot. Heat until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Divide cooked couscous into serving bowls. Top with toasted almonds, mandarin segments, and raisins.
  • Serve cinnamon milk on the side for pouring.
