If anyone is like me, then you probably never know what to eat for breakfast. Well, have no fear! Here we have a vegan breakfast bowl!
This bowl is so delicious and easy to make! All you have to do is gather the ingredients and mix them together and store them overnight!
Now that I have this recipe I can always have something to eat in the morning! I sometimes will change out dried apricots for other fruits when I’m not feeling the apricots.

Overnight Quinoa Flake Bowls
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Quinoa Flakes
- 2 tbsp Pea Protein Powder
- ¼ cup Dried Apricots
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Almond Milk
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
