You go to the grocery store, you want some jam and you pick up a jar of jam and there are a bunch of ingredients you do not recognize. Very frustrating right?
I totally get it, so today I want to share with you one of our favorite jam recipes that’s also packed with healthy chia seeds.
A perfect addition to your peanut butter toast or any dish that asks for jam.

Blueberry & Chia Seed Jam
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer to a mason jar and leave to cool.
