There are so many ways to make a Bloody Mary! Today we have made a Vegan Bloody Mary that is a Lassi type. Made virgin, but you can easily add the vodka of your choice!
Some may be asking what is Lassi? Lassi is a popular traditional Dahi (yogurt)-based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent.
It is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit.
In our recipe, we use soy yogurt as our Lassi! To make the Bloody Mary a little more creamy.
Although, some may not use the yogurt and just make a regular Vegan Bloody Mary!
Either way, this recipe is easy to make and delicious! Enjoy!
Bloody Mary Lassi
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Tomato Juice
- ¾ cup Soy Yogurt
- 1 cup Cucumber deseeded and diced
- 1 stalk Celery chopped
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
