A cobbler dessert is dish that has fruit poured into a large baking dish and covered with yummy batter.
INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
- 1.5 cups Fresh or Frozen Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Ground Oats
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

*ProTip: After you make this scrumptious dessert, you can top it with some vegan whip cream.

Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1.5 cups Fresh or Frozen Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
For the Biscuit Topping
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Ground Oats
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients for the filling in a bowl. Divide the mixture into ramekins.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, sugar, and baking powder.
- Stir in almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Top blackberry mixture with dollops of batter.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350F or until crust is golden.
