
These are the perfect Autumn Vegan Muffins!
They are light and airy and topped off with a sweet sugar crumble.
These are a great way to indulge during breakfast or enjoy later as a sweet treat.
And, these muffins are easy to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients You Will Need:
1-1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Sugar
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1 cup Diced Apples
2/3 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Crumb Topping:
¼ cup Almond Flour
¼ cup Brown Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Cold Margarine
Vegan margarine?
Vegan muffins need vegan butter!
But, don’t fret! It is easy to find at any grocery store and you can get it on Amazon too!
Here is the brand we use:

For the apples we prefer using red delicious or Granny Smith. But, honestly it doesn’t make too much of a difference! So, any apples will do.
Now, here is the recipe! Enjoy!
Vegan Apple Crumble Muffins
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Canola Oil
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Diced Apples
For the Crumb Topping:
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Cold Margarine
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
- Make a well in the middle, then whisk in milk, oil, cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the apples into the batter.
- Combine all ingredients for the crumb topping in a food processor. Pulse into a coarse mixture.
- Divide the batter into a muffin pan and top with crumb mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350F.
