Sometimes we are busy people and forget to eat breakfast. Well have no fear, here today I have Overnight Oats that are Vegan.
This recipe is simple to make and only takes a few minutes to prepare.
I love making this recipe when I know I have a busy day the next day. Being able to wake up and already have breakfast ready!

Low-Carb Maple & Pecan “Oats”
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve or store in the chiller overnight.
