Here we have a delicious vegan Goji Berry Smoothie! I absolutely love making smoothies and this one is another one I love to make.
In the video, it shows how simple it is to make this smoothie. There are only 6 ingredients needed. Fresh pineapples, coconut water, chia seeds, dried goji berries (make sure to rehydrate them), dragonfruit powder and finally powdered stevia (or agave).
Then all the recipe requires is to blend the ingredients and enjoy!
Tropical Goji Berry Smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Fresh Pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Dried Goji Berries rehydrated in water
- 1 tbsp Dragonfruit Powder
- ½ tsp Powdered Stevia
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
