Gingerbread-Spiced Chia and Granola Parfait
When I was a kid I use to love to go get parfaits from the local fast food restaurant down the road from where we lived. Sadly though it was long before I even knew what veganism was.
So today, I want to bring back the parfait and share with you this delicious new recipe called the Gingerbread Spiced Chia and Granola Parfait.

Gingerbread-Spiced Chia and Granola Parfait
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1/8 tsp Powdered Cloves
- 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Granola
Instructions
- Whisk together almond milk, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered cloves in a bowl.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Leave to soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Divide into serving cups and top with granola.
Enjoy this delicious savory breakfast or anytime snack.
